Introduction

Council of Architecture is the legal body covering the practicing aspects of licensed architects like us. We charge in proportion to the standards set by COA - Nothing more and nothing less. This ensures that you dont pay over what the Govt. recommends. And neither do we get paid below the standards. The most common method is to charge a percentage on the total building cost. Though this sounds easy, we dont prefer the uncertainty part of it. And honestly, our quantum of work is independent of whether you lay Italian marble on the floor or leave it with Vitrified tiles. We charge on Per SQ.ft basis and arrive at the figure right at the start of the project.Ideas evolve over time. We appreciate that. As long as we revise a design to make the product look better, we dont complain. Even if it burns a hole in our pocket, we dont buckle in. Honestly, your building is our business-card. We care as much as you do.

Our experience with Arch Karthikeyan Perumal has been nothing short of outstanding, fun, brilliant and satisfying. My wife searched the INET for our vacation/retirement and she kept coming back to D-Sign K studio architects. Within two hours, Karthikeyan Perumal who is a five-star interior designer, had our home designed and sketches were magnificent. His staff, took us through the whole project in a timely and wonderful fashion. We are so happy with the entire aspect of working with D-Sign K Studio architects. We are now in the process of our home construction with Home by True North. I have built a few homes and this is the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Arch Karthikeyan Perumal and the team from D-Sign K Studio architects.

As an architectural student after going through the site I can consider myself very lucky to have done that. After going through so many people's work, here was one that had literally made me stop flipping the pages. The projects that have been beautifully executed and there is so many things to learn from each of the projects: how to infuse modern technology and materials with climatic factors, providing minimum terrace areas as the sun is always overhead in the region or play of light and scio in the facades. Things that we had flipped through during our college curriculum can be actually been implemented with great success in the designs. One can just learn so many new things by simply analyzing the projects. I feel its very rare in today world and feel being blessed that I had the opportunity to go through the projects
