Lies , Betrayal and the maze of TRAPS ,utmost unethical working organization ever seen in my entire life . if you really love your hard earned Home , DO NOT approach them else what you loose at the end is unprecedented . nThis interior decor for my Apartment at Chirping Woods , Sarjapur was suppose to be a 45 days take over all including production design scheduling until final cleaning completion .. But this is still not completed as i write this review after 2 months of bottleneck frustration . Utpal , the owner and the POC of all the interior projects is an audacious , ill mannered and an uneducated person who firstly do not have etiquettes to manage client- relations and secondly no hUman ethics . All he cares about is money which seems to be his top priority . He would seek all money 95% money before even he starts installing materials in your house and would never pick your calls for any feedbacks . When i asked thousands times for timely sharing of images .. he replied we do not work like that . His workers are very uneducated and mainly he has no control over their schedules because he would never pay personal visits to your project sites . Contractors would take holidays without notice even if its the day of handover or certain completion . Mohammad one of his contractors is just one like him , never seen on the site and no adherence to deadlines .Utpal would provide you with fancy set of sample design and Production designs and without even your consent would not include few art works or decides himself not to do certain part of the work which he promised . One would never wish to work with these kind of people in their life . If you are a distant client staying in another part of the world and plan on managing your interior decor remotely with them .. DO NOT DO SO EVER .. These people will ruin your plan . My concern is not over the money I might Possibly loose after this project ever finishes .. but i would like to see that no other customer is ever been in this trap .

I have approached Urban living solutions to do my 4 BHK interior work and they have completed my work as per the required time and i am happy with their work and the quality and the finish is fantastic. I prefer Urban living to do the further work.
