I was one among the firsts who opted to entrust interior works of our Flat in Aristo project, Alandur with Do my home. They stood up to our expectations and finished the works as per our specifications and in time. We are happy with the final outcome.

I had contracted DoMyHome to do my interior work for my flat at Casa Grand Aristo. I am really disappointed and frustrated by their performance. nn1. They are highly eager to sell and close the deal but when it comes to execution, you have to run behind them.n2. Lack of a single point of contact. I had to run behind the designer, the project coordinator, and the manager individually. They would contradict each other or not pass on information correctly.n3. The interior designer who worked with me was very inexperienced. I had to make suggestions and recommendations as her input was very poor. I then saw the same recommendations implemented on a nearby flat. n4. Eventually, the final design was very poor. We had issues with our washing machine line because the plumbing had been modified without being checked properly by a plumber.n5. I never got a final 3D designn6. Their internal teams were always contradicting each other. They wouldn’t answer my calls. When they did, they would promise to call me back but never did. I had to personally follow up with 3-4 people to understand what was going on.n7. Their finish date was constantly changing. What was promised in 8 weeks as per their contract was completed after 17 weeks.n8. Highly expensive. Their rates were 3 to 5 times more expensive than other vendors.n9. Poor cleaning service. They simply did not clean up well after the job. It didn’t feel like I was entering a new flat. dust and debris from the interior work was all over. n10. They collect all the money within 4-5 weeks but the final work took a long time to complete.nnThe only reason I went with them was because the builder is their group - Casa grande. However, I made a big mistake. I would recommend anyone to be very careful before you contract with them.

They are in the habit of taking advance before completion of construction. Then they will disappear. This can be verified from Elan community Thalampur.

Quality of work is good, I appreciate Monika Mam who has done great job to finish my works a little bit late but on time. Design work good but need to improve don't depend on customer's agreement on design. Customer needs best feasible design always Sales person needs to stick on first quote or change a little bit price as per final design, should not be big variations. Whatever but people can trust Do My Home for quality work I can refer my friend and family their name.

I have to really thank management of Do My Home for complimenting holiday package. Very good experience with Do My Home for our interior project. The Sales Manager Mr. Santhosh was really having enough patience in clarifying all my queries from day one to till finalizing the project and also made us to visit their huge factory near Sri Perumbudhur. They have imported machineries and good systems in place to handle multi customers at a time. This visit allowed me to take a call to finalize our interiors with them.rnThe designer Mrs. Joselin did good job in terms of attending customers in flexible time to suit customer requirement and provided us good designs. rnComing to execution of the project, though the internal process has many stages before execution but they could able to complete major portion in 3 days time for our Gruhapravesam ( really a benchmark for DMH). The Creidt not only goes to Mr. Vinodh (Business Manager) for his end to end follow up and completion of the execution but also for his executives. rnAfter that, they took a week to complete the whole project. Quality of work and workmanship is really good. Trustworthy and value for money. rnI came to know that they are little higher in terms of cost but the point is that we have good service in future with the branded interiors and will allow us to be peaceful.
