Pencil interiors are the worst in this business, they outsource the work and none of the team members will visit the site, only time someone will respond is to loot money from you. They don't have any work ethic to complete the job and will not stick to committed timelines.nIf someone engages them, you will have the worst experience, not worth the money they plunder from you. Stay away if you want to keep your home beautiful.

Worst nightmare one will have by engaging this interior company. The only time they will reach out to you is during payment rest of the time no answer to phone calls. They will outsource the work to a carpenter who will do things as per his timeline and availability. Simple example, a quote was prepared for the breakfast counter and months after I am told that granite top is separate from the counter and separate charge for the granite top. Their idea is to have a cost in mind and pull the final payment to that cost. One would need one whole day to talk about the nightmarish experience. Long story short stay away.nnThese guys don't have any work ethics to complete the job, they will make all false promises to get into the deal and plunder money from the customer, don't fall into the trap, they are the worst in business. There is no negative or zero star at the top to rate these fraudsters.

They suggested better options when we had discussions. A team of talented people. rnThey also supervise the work on regular basis and send regular updates to us when we are not able to visit the site. They also completed it on time. Pencil interiors did the complete end2end interiors for my apartment. Job very well done. Very good quality and the budget very nominal. Shortlisted Pencil interiors from nearly 25 others and their quotation was very good. Not only do they give suggestions but also take inputs and do the job accordingly selecting what is best (material, workmanship, design..etc)for the customer. Their customer service is also good. In fact I was not even on site and in the city (not once did I visit to supervise while the work was being done) and they took great care of my apartment. Overall a very pleasant experience interacting with them and getting the interiors done. Kudos to Pencil interiors!
